We prefer to do everything by hand. We find the queen and place her in a queen cage. This is the most effective way to get the rest of the hive into our bee box.

Where do the bees go?
We proudly donate our rescues to local San Diego Beekeepers. Beekeepers place our rescues into their bee boxes where they will be cared for and looked after on apiaries in Valley Center and various San Diego locations. This is great for our local vegetation!
